Why Choose Hawkeye?
Like so many students, it took Ashlyn Ciesielski a little time to find her true calling. She first came to Hawkeye for healthcare, but took a break when she realized it wasn’t the right fit. She returned for Early Childhood Education, and the combination of hands-on learning and caring, supportive faculty helped her see she was on the right path.
“My instructors are very understanding and very passionate,” she said. “They support me in my life outside of school so that’s really good. That’s helped me tremendously, and it has been very encouraging to have people support me throughout my educational journey.”
