Hawkeye Card

Each full-time Hawkeye student and employee will be issued a Hawkeye Card. This card will serve as your:

Keep this card for the entire time you are enrolled or employed at Hawkeye. If you lose or misplace your card, you will be charged the card replacement fee.

Where Can I Get a Hawkeye Card?

If you do not have a Hawkeye Card you can stop by any of the following offices to receive your Hawkeye Card:

  • Business Office, Hawkeye Center 122
  • Health Education and Services Center, front desk

Card Replacement

A card replacement fee of $5 will be charged for lost, stolen, damaged, and misplaced cards, as well as photo retakes. No fee will be charged for your initial Hawkeye Card or a legal name change.
