Spencer Stumpf is a lifelong student seeking to help others by sharing the knowledge he’s gained. Currently an MBA student at the University of Iowa, Spencer bears an undergraduate background in business management, entrepreneurship, and psychology. As a Supervisory Excellence Trainer at the University of Iowa, he works as part of a team tasked with training over 3,000 supervisors on the basics of being a great boss in just one year. Spencer’s interests are human behavior, creating a sustainable competitive advantage through organizational culture, and improving the general nature of work.
