Protect yourself with this hands-on class that teaches the basics of street survival. The goal of Seishin Ryu Karate is to make individuals stronger, calmer, and more focused. Learn hands-on breakaways, how to break a fall, and how to protect yourself when attacked. Youth 12+ may register.
