Protect yourself with this hands on class that teaches the basics of self protection. The goal of Seishin Ryu Karate is to make individuals stronger, calmer, and more focused. Learn hands on breakaways, how to break a fall, and how to protect yourself when attacked. Youth 14+ may register. This class is held at the Cedar Falls Karate Club.
