COVID-19 and its accompanying changes to our lives have created so much uncertainty for our employees, friends, and families. We are all experiencing heightened levels of stress and potentially, increased anxiety, depression, and loneliness. It is essential that we share strategies to manage these brain health challenges, including positive reframing, connectedness strategies, and one on one coaching support.
