This hands-on skill building class will provide you with the tools to respond effectively to a variety of pet emergencies. Learn how to assess your pet, perform CPR and rescue breathing. Discover how to respond to choking, heat injuries, poisoning, bleeding protocols, bites and stings, and injury assessment. Students will practice hands-on skills utilizing a stuffed dog to simulate real life situations. Textbook is included.
