Mindfulness & Creativity: A Photographic Excursion

Journey inward and creatively document your path to mindfulness. Through photographic excursions, you will learn to:  receive images that speak to you; record images that awaken you to the moment; and reflect on the wisdom or message that emerges. Participate in a contemplative photographic walk and writing exercises. Tools you will need for the journey: camera or mobile phone and a journal.
