In this session participants will learn about the positive power of delegation and how it supports the development of self and others. We will take a closer look at why delegating goes beyond just "getting things off your plate" and can be a real catalyst for efficiency, focus, and better work outcomes. Delegation can be a great developmental strategy. We will look at respectful and effective tactics for strategizing who will do what and how we accomplish everything.
