Create balanced cocktails for a party, special occasion, or just for a weeknight at home. Discover how to use fresh juice and gourmet ingredients to highlight classic and contemporary cocktails. Learn about cocktail history and how to pair a cocktail with a meal. Recipes will also be prepared without alcohol. Sample what you make! You must be 21 years or older.
