Minimum Qualifications
- Be currently enrolled at Hawkeye Community College when you're hired.
- Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
- Have earned a B grade or better in the course you'd like to support, or receive a strong recommendation from a faculty member.

Job Expectations
If you're hired, you'll:
- Attend required orientation, training, and staff meetings.
