Help Us Showcase Cultures and Traditions

Lend an Item, Share a Tradition

Help bring cultures from around the world to Hawkeye at the Ethnic Culture Fest on November 19! Student Activities and the Student Leadership Council are looking for cultural artifacts and items representing Vietnam, Spain, Ecuador, Germany, and Brazil to share their traditions and heritage with our campus community.

Have something you'd be willing to lend?

We'd love to borrow it! We welcome a variety of items, including

• Artwork and photographs
• Figurines, statues, decorations
• Puzzles, books, games
• Traditional clothing, scarves, textiles
• Jewelry, hats, accessories
• Souvenirs or other items representing these countries

If you have an item you're willing to share, please reach out to Student Activities to discuss lending it for the event.

Your ideas and suggestions are welcome, too!

Share meaningful items, traditions, or cultural highlights you think we should feature.
