The Public Relations and Marketing office provides photo and video production services to support the communication and promotional needs of Hawkeye Community College.

• Photography requests: Submit at least two weeks in advance (a minimum of two business days is required).
• Video production requests: Submit at least four weeks in advance.

Event photography depends on the photographer’s availability and whether the event aligns with our marketing and promotional priorities.

Note: Submitting a request does not guarantee approval. Projects are reviewed based on goals, timelines, and available resources.
