Preparing People, Harnessing Knowledge, and Improving Processes for an AI-Enabled Workplace
Artificial intelligence is changing work quickly but becoming AI-ready is about much more than choosing the right technology. In this highly practical session, organizational psychologist and leadership strategist Dr. Celina Peerman helps leaders and teams step back from the rush toward the newest AI tools and examine what their organizations need to successfully navigate the changing nature of work.
Using The Human Side of AI at Work framework, participants will explore three essential areas of organizational readiness:
- Prepare People — Build understanding, confidence, leadership readiness, and a culture capable of adapting to AI-enabled change.
- Harness Knowledge — Identify, organize, protect, and make better use of the knowledge and information already within the organization.
- Improve Processes — Examine how work gets done today and identify opportunities to simplify, strengthen, and redesign workflows before—or while—adding AI.
Participants will leave with a clearer understanding of where their organization may be ready for AI, where important gaps may exist, and practical questions and tools they can use to determine their next steps.AI readiness begins before your next AI tool.
