Frank Ferrante in An Evening with Groucho

Award-winning actor, director, and playwright - Frank Ferrante recreates his portrayal of legendary comedian Grouch Marx in this fast-paced 90-minutes of laughter. This two-act comedy consists of the best Groucho oneliners, anecdotes, and songs including “Hooray for Captain Spalding,” and “Lydia, the Tattooed Lady.” The audience literally becomes part of the show as Ferrante ad-libs his way throughout the performance in grand Groucho style.

A Christmas Cabaret

An Evening Of Song, Story, and Christmas Cheer

Lynne Rothrock’s Christmas show has become an annual tradition in Iowa, playing to sold-out houses at ARA Gallery in Cedar Rapids, Campbell Steele Gallery in Marion, and Riverside Theatre in Iowa City. Expect some surprises from the traditional holiday musical fare – but you are sure to laugh, reminisce, maybe even sing a little bit – and celebrate the joy and sentiment of the season in a most unique way.
