The Hawkeye Community College Library offers e-mail reference to students, faculty, and staff. This free service will provide assistance with questions regarding Hawkeye Community College library materials, basic reference facts, or information about search strategies for online resources. Responses will only be sent to Hawkeye Community College email addresses.
Emails from the general public regarding the library and its services will also be answered.
Emails will be answered Monday through Friday 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. when classes are in session. Please allow twenty-four hours for a reply (with the exception of weekends, holidays, or other days the library is closed. Library hours)
