UNI Housing Information for International Students

   In order to secure housing at UNI you will need to complete the following steps:
  1. Access the following link: http://www.uni.edu/dor/onlinecontracting.shtml.
  2. Download the housing contract.
  3. Fill out the information completely, and be sure to write very clearly or type your responses.
  4. Fill out the coversheet, which can be found here: UNI Fax Coversheet*, and fax the coversheet and housing contract to (319)273-2612.
  5. Be prepared to pay your application fee and housing deposit upon arriving at UNI.
