EITC² - Exploring Information Technology Careers Consortium

The EITC² program offers you an opportunity to explore a career in the information technology field. You will begin college courses your junior year. During your junior and senior year, you will take multiple college-level classes at your high school or at Hawkeye.

After EITC²

Once you complete the admission requirements, you will be able to make a smooth transition into one of the four IT programs at Hawkeye. These programs include:

• Computer Networking Technician
• Information Systems Management
• Network Administration and Engineering
• Web Design and Development

Costs

You are responsible for the cost of travel and food for the education experiences. Depending on your high school, you may be required to pay a small portion of the cost for the coursework.
