The Post-Secondary Enrollment Options Act (PSEO) allows you to earn college credits at Hawkeye Community College while still in high school.
PSEO, Dual Enrollment, and Contracted Courses are the types of college-level courses you can take. The courses may be offered at your high school or at Hawkeye, and either you or your school district will pay for the courses.
Career academies focus on students interested in specific types of careers such as manufacturing or nursing. You can earn college credit while exploring a career you are interested in.
If you are interested in taking college courses while in high school, contact your guidance counselor or the Hawkeye Admissions Office for more information at 319-296-4000 or admission@hawkeyecollege.edu
