About the Hawkeye Foundation
The mission of the Foundation is to help the College meet its commitment to provide educational opportunities to all segments of the community. The Foundation raises revenue from private sources to provide scholarships, support faculty and staff development, assist in providing educational opportunities outside the classroom, and finance other support services.
Gifts to the Hawkeye Community College Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization established in 1968, are fully tax deductible to the extent allowed by law. If you have questions regarding your specific circumstances, you should consult with your financial adviser.
The Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of volunteers from our community.
