Criminal justice is a field of study that focuses on the nature of crime and the agencies and subsequent processes that work against crime in today's American society. Students of criminal justice are opened to critical thinking about key issues and problems such as terrorism, how our society punishes offenders, illegal drug use, investigation of crime and other current issues and problems in criminal justice. A career in criminal justice can include: law enforcement, corrections, judicial and private criminal justice enterprise. Need more information?
