How to Turn In Assignments

Assignments are normally turned in to the basket in the classroom by the printers. Assignments may be turned in at other times to my office (Black Hawk 181) or the department office (Black Hawk 177). As noted in your syllabus, assignments are never accepted via e-mail. You are encouraged to turn assignments in early to avoid being late because weather, illness or some other reason prevented you from coming to class!

Assignment Deadlines

Your assignment due dates are on the class calendar for the semester! This gives you ample opportunity to get them done on time! Plan for weather, technology failures etc. Assignment deadlines will not be extended due to school closings prior to the assignment due date unless it was unexpected. Assignment deadlines will not be extended due to minor technology failures.

Is Your Assignment Complete?

Assignments must be complete when you turn them in. This means all parts of the assignment are done and saved on the network. Double check your files against the "turn in" section of the assignment to be sure you have all the required files. It is also a good idea to look at the items on the grading checklist to see that you have done them.
