Kevin Hansen is known as the man with 10,000 regrets. They’re not his personally, but instead have been given to him through his www.SecretRegrets.com website. Kevin created this confession-based blog in 2007 as an outlet for people to anonymously release the biggest regrets of their lives in a safe, supportive environment. And many of those regrets come from college students. Kevin will share with you amazing stories about how the his project has not only changed people’s lives – it has actually helped save lives.

Kevin recently released the #1 Amazon bestselling book, "Secret Regrets: What if you had a Second Chance?" The book features hundreds of the most shocking and jaw-dropping yet hopeful and inspiring secret regrets submitted since the blogs inception. The book not only chronicles people's deepest, darkest secrets and regrets, but also includes the incredible outpouring of support, compassion and empathy shown by anonymous strangers who have made it through similar situations. Kevin's project quickly turned into a hopeful and inspiring global online support community, where people realize no matter what they've been through, they are not alone.

The book and blog have been featured internationally in the media, including on The Dr. Phil Show, the Huffington Post, Psychology Today, AOL.com, XM Satellite Radio, and in magazines, newspapers and radio stations in the U.S., Ireland, and Canada. In addition, the book is currently being used in college courses, including Human Relations and Communications.

Kevin is a graduate of the University of Northern Iowa and currently resides in Cedar Falls, Iowa. When Kevin is not busy speaking and blogging, he enjoys spending time with his wife and family.
