Workplace Lean IMPACT
This complimentary workshop introduces you to the power of lean and helps you determine if Workplace Lean is right for your organization.
Workplace Lean DECISION
A decision making and planning session with your senior leaders to gain commitment to begin your Lean journey.
Workplace Lean LEADERSHIP
Managers and supervisors will learn to use Lean tools and techniques to reduce waste and improve quality. Most importantly, managers will learn to set standards for evaluating the success of the improvements to sustain the momentum for continuous improvement.
Workplace Lean LAUNCH
Employees will learn to define a lean workplace, learn the tools for improving work processes, and eliminate non-value added activities. Through applying lean tools to one of their own work processes, employee work groups will develop current and future state process map that they can build upon for continued improvement.
