Leadership and Professional Development training are vital elements to any successful working business. Supervisory Training

What’s the aim? To discuss, understand and practice some of the essential supervisory skills needed to operate in today's working environment.

Leadership Skills

What’s the aim? To consider the principles of leadership and practice the personal skills involved in effective team leading.

Team Building

What’s the aim? To introduce participants to the activities and techniques that foster effective team building. Team building training will focus on the actions of both individuals and teams that help build productive teams.

Who will benefit? Anyone working in teams or members of a team-oriented staff who have an interest in making their teamwork more effective.

Facilitation

What’s the aim? To provide individuals with the skills needed to facilitate group activities in the working environment. These courses often involve working on processes and procedures that result in successful meeting facilitation through the use of group and individual activities, exercises, formal inputs and more.

Who will benefit? Any individuals who could be asked to assist with the running of a meeting to ensure it runs smoothly.

Assessments

What’s the aim? To effectively demonstrate how to assess the skills of a team or worker, enabling managers to delegate work that will ensure that goals are achieved. Managers will be trained in the best ways to review their staff's performance, give them feedback on their overall performance and discover each individual's aspirations.

Who will benefit? Managers and supervisors who have to set objectives for and appraise staff.
