Train & Gain

The Train and Gain Consortium is a group of companies and organizations who join together to share training opportunities. The goal of the sessions is to enhance leadership, supervisory and interpersonal skills as you learn from quality trainers and network with employees from a variety of businesses and organizations.

There are 10 workshops scheduled in the Train and Gain series, starting in September. All the sessions are held at Hawkeye's Technology Access Center(H-TAC), Cedar Falls Industrial Park, 1025B Technology Parkway.

There are two ways you may become involved in these training sessions.

  1. You may select and register for the training sessions you wish to participate in. Half day workshops are $100 each and full day workshops are $300 each.
  2. You may purchase a membership which gives you the opportunity to send one employee of your choice to all training events. One membership cost is $1400. Please contact Carol Steckelberg to ask if you qualify for a reduced cost.

To register or request a Train and Gain Program booklet, contact Carol at the H-TAC Center at 319-296-4244 or csteckelberg@hawkeyecollege.edu.
