What is Six Sigma?
Six Sigma is more than training. It is a comprehensive Project Driven & Results Focused program that teaches:
- The fundamentals of Lean & Six Sigma
- How to effectively select, charter, manage and complete projects
- Important team facilitation skills for project leaders
- Project coaching thoughout the course provided by a WHY! expert facilitator
- How to use SigmaFlow a leading industry provider of Statistical, Process Mapping, Flowcharting, and Best Practice Project Execution tools
The result, a Lean Six Sigma program that will deliver results by providing an immediate ROI. Each participant will work on an actual project throughout the course. The course will enable the participants to generate results over and over again with future projects by easily replicating best practices ensuring sustainability and ongoing process improvement.
