When you register by mail please include the following:

Course Number and Title
If your company plans to pay for employees to attend any of the courses, please send
a fax on your company letterhead to 319-296-2505 stating your intention to pay the
indicated amount.
Didn't find a course that fits your needs? If you would like to take a course or offer
workforce training to employees that is not currently availalbe, call us or request
a course online!
