Notaries Public are needed in many professions to witness signatures on important documents and to administer an oath. This course will teach you the skills and give you the tools to perform the notary public job duties as described by the Iowa Secretary of State.

• How to obtain your notary commission for the State of Iowa
• Iowa Notary duties
• Your liabilities as an Iowa Notary
• Proper notarial procedures

The course of study meets the standards of the United Notary Association of America and follows all of the laws and guidelines concerning the position of the Iowa Notary Public from the Iowa Secretary of State and Iowa Notary Laws.
