The reVIEW© training program teaches participants to improve processes by using the principles of the Toyota Production System (TPS) and Lean tools including Value Stream Mapping and the A3 Report. By applying these principles and tools, participants will learn to see their work differently and begin to identify potential savings of time and critical resources leading to higher quality healthcare and the elimination of errors. |
