Empowerment in Supervision

As a supervisor are you frustrated? Are you experiencing the belief that employees don’t care? Many managers and supervisors are promoted due to their skill and experience at operations, however struggle with day to day employee issues. Join these classes to turn around this frustration. Learn the skills and tools of how to supervise through empowerment. Empower your employees to meet expectations, be accountable and be more productive. The cost of each 3-hour workshop is $75 and will be held at the Hawkeye Technology Access Center in Cedar Falls, Rm 4, 1025 Technology Pkwy Ste B, Cedar Falls Industrial Park from 6:00-9:00pm. Classes by Don McKee.
