Highway Construction Training

You can jump in the fast lane to getting job that pays you a "living wage". The unemployed and those who are underpaid are signing up for highway construction training at Hawkeye Community College. In just four weeks, you can get fully certified to work in construction anywhere around the nation, or even around the world, instructors tell us. They cover safety, tools, heavy equipment operation, blueprint reading, management and even math and English skills as they relate to the trade.
