Come Together with Video Conferencing
	H-TAC provides the connectivity and access to one of the most cost effective video conferencing services available. Hold effective meetings, interview personnel, make sales presentations, or testify in hearings right here in the Cedar Valley without incurring travel expenses!

H-TAC's Three Video Conferencing/Training Rooms:
Small Room has personal setting that enhances the experience
	A complete Polycom system with instructor workstation 6 Individual workstations with access to a microphone with video output display Desktop computers at each workstation Various software applications to accommodate training needs Wireless connectivity and Smartboard available upon request
Large Room accommodates a diverse range of needs
	A complete Polycom system with instructor workstation 18 Individual workstations with access to a microphone with video output display Desktop computers at each workstation Various software applications to help with training needs DVD and VCR playback to record session Twelve-foot Smartboard
Multipurpose Room offers intimate setting overlooking the lake
	A complete Polycom system with visual concert for distance display 40-inch flat screen for any angle viewing Smartboard technology for recordkeeping of meeting notes Seating for 8 with laptop connectivity Wireless connectivity available upon request

Room Rates:
	Small / Multipurpose Room - $75* for the first ½ hour and 45¢ per minute thereafter
	Large Conference Room - $100* for the first ½ hour and 45¢ per minute thereafter
	Bridging Rate - $50.00/hour with Point to Point (IP to ISDN) Minimum Usage- 30 minutes
