IT Certification Program

What type of certifications will you be offering?

When are the classes offered?

Classes will meet Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday nights for three to four hours.

Due to all the changes at Microsoft with certification tracks and new software releases, we will not be offering the IT Certification tracks for the fall.

What if I only need one class?

Full Track participants will be given first priority. If additional seats are available, individual class participation will be offered.

Is there financial assistance available?

Grants are available for businesses who qualify.

Why should I take classes at Hawkeye Community College?

  • Courses are a combination of instructor led training, discussions and hands-on labs. Extended lab time is built into each course to insure hands on proficiency. There are dedicated test preparation sessions at the end of each course.
  • Hawkeye Community College is a certified Cisco Regional Academy and Microsoft IT Academy with official Microsoft and Cisco course materials and certified instructors.
  • Hawkeye has small class sizes to give students the personal attention they need.

What about the IT Professional Program?

The IT Professional Program with TEAM Technologies has been discontinued. The new IT Certification Program is designed for greater flexibility and reduced cost while still providing the best certification preparation available.
