Cross Training Fitness
Challenge both your strength and cardiovascular abilities by executing various functional movements to increase your heart rate. This class will improve overall fitness, agility, cardio endurance, and muscle conditioning. Each workout is setup to earn you a score that you can come back and beat every few weeks!
This 45-minute class is aimed at providing you with strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance, and flexibility while incorporating various types of equipment. Equipment will include but is not limited to: TRX, kettlebells, med balls, slam balls, battle ropes, etc. All fitness levels welcome!

Get your morning started off right with a 30-minute ride that will target the entire body through climbs, intervals, sprints, and more! We’ll finish the class with 15 minutes of gentle yoga stretches that will leave you feeling great for the rest of your day! This class can be tailored to all fitness levels and abilities.
This class will add lean muscle and strengthen all major muscle groups by using weights, bands, bars, balls, and bodyweight resistance. Exercises can be tailored to any skill and strength level!

Come join us every Friday morning to perform baseline tests, exercises, and workouts that will help you develop overall functional movement, strength, and endurance. Tests will include but are not limited to: body fat percentage, endurance testing, strength-based workouts, and possible weight loss.
