Additional muscle and motion exercises are incorporated to strengthen and tone.
This 50 minute class is aimed at providing you with strength, stability, power, mobility, endurance, and flexibility while incorporating various types of equipment. Equipment will include but is not limited to: TRX, kettlebells, med balls, slam balls, battle ropes, etc. All fitness levels welcome!
