I like coming to Group Fitness classes because the classes are fun and upbeat, motivating me to come each week. » Chantel Keppler

I like Group Fitness classes because I don't push myself as hard as someone else does. Working out as a group helps my motivation because if I'm falling or stumbling, someone else is probably falling or stumbling too. I don't get discouraged and continue with the workout. » Brianna Bishop
