Guests wishing to utilize the Health Education and Services Center for recreational purposes must be 18-years of age or older, associated with a current Hawkeye student, faculty, or staff member; and are required to fill out the Health Education and Services Center Waiver and the Guest Pass Contract.
Limit of two guest passes issued per Hawkeye student, staff, or faculty.
Approved guests will receive a daily member ID for access to the locker rooms and will be granted access to the following Health Education and Services Center facilities:
- Weight room
- Group fitness room
- Basketball court
- Indoor track
- Locker room
Guest passes may only be obtained for two consecutive weeks at a time.

1 day: $5.00
1 week: $20.00
2 weeks: $40.00
Payments can be made by cash, check, or card.
