Proctoring Services

Hawkeye Community College's Evaluation and Testing department offers proctoring for anyone needing to take a test for another school or agency.

If you are taking a distance learning course or need professional certification proctoring, you may arrange to have your exams proctored at our facility on Main Campus.

Proctored exams typically need to be scheduled one week ahead of time. If the exam you need proctored is online, we must verify the compatibility of the exam with our current computers and operating systems. While we can accommodate most online exams, it is important to us that we verify our ability to meet your needs prior to scheduling you for an exam.

Proctoring services are by appointment only and require a $20 proctoring fee payable to Hawkeye’s Business Office.

Contact Evaluation and Testing to submit proctoring requests via email or to verify test compatibility.

Hawkeye Community College is a member of the National College Testing Association Proctoring Network, a group of college and university testing centers nationwide that support distance learning and abide by professional standards and guidelines.
