Through its Career Gateway Database, Career Opportunities for Students with Disabilities provides a web based forum where employers can search for qualified candidates and graduating college and university students can post their resumes.
HEATH Resource Center
The HEATH Resource Center at the National Youth Transitions Center has information about educational disability support services, policies, procedures, adaptations, accessing college or university campuses, career-technical schools, and other postsecondary training entities.
Iowa COMPASS is Iowa's free, statewide information and referral service for people with disabilities, their families, service providers, and other members of the community. Iowa COMPASS maintains information on approximately 5,000 local, state, and national agencies and programs.
