Program Overview

Learn bookkeeping through a blend of classroom instruction and hands-on experience with industry-standard software like QuickBooks, guided by an instructor with over 40 years of experience in accounting and technology.

You’ll be prepared to manage the financial records for a wide variety of businesses and organizations. You will gain skills and experience in:

  • Understanding financial statements
  • Preparing financial statements
  • Managing accounts payable in QuickBooks
  • Managing inventory
  • Customization of accounting cycles

Gain a deep understanding of financial statements with classroom exercises and assignments and have the opportunity to apply your skills in a practical assignment, preparing you for real-world success.

Basic computer skills are recommended.

You must complete the entire course and achieve 80% on the practicum to receive a certificate. All courses, including practicum must be completed within one year of initial registration.

This program is not eligible for Federal Financial Aid, but other funding options may be available. We'll help you with the options.
