Tuition assistance is available to help you become a Pharmacy Technician in three months with our PTCB-recognized education program. The program meets two evenings per week and is entirely online! It's perfect for someone that works during the day, but wants a way to advance or change careers.
Pharmacy Techs play an integral role in a pharmacy by assisting pharmacists and providing safe and effective care to patients.
In this class you will learn how to:
- dispense, pack, and label prescriptions according to doctor’s orders
- order products and maintain inventory
- bill and receive payments

Class Information
Class dates: September 12 – December 15, 2022 on Monday and Thursday from 5:00–9:00pm
No class September 5, 2022 and November 24, 2022.
Class Format: Live Online
Cost: $2,700 – includes textbook, practice exam, and certification exam approved by the Iowa Board of Pharmacy. Financial assistance may be available for qualifying individuals.
