Loans

If you apply for financial aid, you may be offered loans as part of your financial aid award. Loans are often called “self-help aid” because a loan is money you borrow and must pay back with interest.

You are encouraged to borrow only what you need.

You can request partial loan amounts by completing a Partial Loan Request Form or by contacting the Financial Aid office.

If you decide to take out a loan, make sure you understand who is making the loan and the terms and conditions of the loan.
