Get Help with the FAFSA

Local college admissions and financial aid representatives, including representatives from Hawkeye, will be available to assist with the process and answer any questions you have about attending college. Computers will be available for use if needed.

What to Bring

To make completing your FAFSA quick and stress-free, have access to the following information before you begin:

• 2024 federal tax returns. You'll be able to give consent to securely import most of your financial information directly from the IRS—but it's still helpful to keep your tax returns nearby in case additional questions come up.
• Record of child support received in the last calendar year
• Current balances of cash, savings, and checking accounts
• Net worth information for investments, businesses, and farms
