Updating Your Primary Phone Number or Address
If you you notice your primary phone number or address is not correct when reviewing your Hawkeye Alert contact information, please update your student or employee record with your current contact information.
Students can change their primary contact information through My Hawkeye > Self-Service Menu > WebAdvisor for Students > Academic Profile > My Profile. In the profile tab, click on the "Click here to update Personal Information" link.
Employees please contact Human Resource Services.
Please remember your primary phone number should be the number you want Hawkeye to contact you for all college business.
Updates to your primary phone number or address in the Hawkeye Alert may take 12–24 hours.
