About Dr. Karen Reynolds
Dr. Karen Reynolds is an associate professor in the Human Resource Management program. She has worked in Human Resources for over 10 years before beginning her teaching career at Hawkeye in 2010. Karen's style and teaching philosophy attempt to mimic the real world, but allow room for growing and learning all while making learning enjoyable.
Karen holds an HR certificate, SHRM- SCP (Senior Certified Professional), which is the highest level of HR certification.
Karen was awarded the President's Award for Faculty Service in 2020 demonstrating her devotion to providing a quality and service minded learning environment for students.
