Celia Even joined Hawkeye Business and Community Education department in 2014 as a training coordinator. She works with area businesses to find training solutions. She enjoys helping people develop their potential and knows how important training and development are to the success of a company in keeping their staff on board and engaged. Her favorite part is working to financially assist a business's training through the use of state grant funds.
Even has a Master of Arts in Educational Administration — Adult and Higher Education Specialization from the University of South Dakota. She was a board member for with the Hawkeye Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD). Prior to Hawkeye, she worked in healthcare and community services for many years.
