I enjoy working with students to help them achieve their goals, develop their passions, and explore their interests.
I received my B.A. in K-12 Education from the University of Northern Iowa (UNI). While teaching, I had the opportunity to work with students beyond instruction by helping them with course selection, exploring colleges and majors, and mapping out their futures post-graduation. After teaching for a few years, I confirmed my true passion was advising students. I received my M.A. in Postsecondary Education: Student Affairs from UNI and began my career in higher education.
