The National Junior College Athletic Association or NJCAA has postponed all close contact sports for fall 2020 competition. This includes men’s and women’s soccer and volleyball.
Cross country competition will run using staggered start times for physical distancing. The NJCAA cross country championships and half marathon championships are maintaining their originally scheduled dates.
Esports will compete this fall as competitions are held virtually. Plastic shield barriers have been added in the arena to keep student-athletes physically distanced from one another.
Sports shooting will compete this fall as scheduled and will be able to maintain physical distancing at the outdoor shooting range.
Golf will compete this fall practicing physical distancing with staggered tee-offs. Additionally, student-athletes will compete as a team and not mix players from other institutions.
