Rocky Peter is a self-taught singer-songwriter who grew up in West Africa, Nigeria. Abandoned in a poor village when he was only two years old, Rocky survived many harrowing experiences from malaria caused by mosquito bites, to starvation and child slavery. Rocky never gave up the hope of a better life, and though many challenges awaited him in America, he continued to persevere. This attitude, with talent and his message of love and unity, has landed him on major world stages including American Idol, Nobel Peace Prize ceremony, and the 2016 Rio Olympic Games. Rocky will perform and share his story. Be prepared to come away inspired!
