Fall 2019 Group Fitness Classes Begin

Classes this semester include: Functional Fitness, Cardio Kickboxing, Spynergy, Bootcamp, MOVEment, and 40/20 (a form of interval training which utilizes short periods of 40 seconds of cardiovascular endurance paired with 20 seconds of muscular endurance).
