Supply chains often accounts for 60-80% of total costs, an enormous cost deserving of more detailed, multi-year planning. This course will help you define a forward-looking strategy anticipating changing customer needs and define how the supply chain is going to evolve to meet those new requirements. Topics include supply chain reliability, batches and frequencies to sell or produce, desired speed and quality within and across the supply chain, sales and operations planning decisions, external collaboration, and KPI's (Key Performance Indicators).
